Filoli Spring Creek Trail

Filoli is a vibrant landscape of the Bay Area, situated on the unceded ancestral lands of the Ramaytush Ohlone, in Woodside, California. The estate boasts 654 acres of beauty nestled along the slopes of California’s coastal range. 

The Spring Creek Trail invites visitors to explore the redwood ecosystem as they follow the creek through towering trees and fern-covered rocks. The trail looks very different in the wet season, when the creek is full and powered by storm water, then it does in the dry season. This time lapse will track how the creek evolves throughout time and changes due to storms, tree falls, and more.
