About this site

The large wetland complex at Amy's Park provides important wildlife habitat and protects the water quality of Indian Brook headwaters flowing into Lake George's Northwest Bay.  Active beaver ponds and environmental changes make the wetlands ideal for monitoring change to better understand seasonal changes and see potential impacts of climate change. Tracking these changes will aid LGLC staff in making management decisions at Amy's Park.
