This time-lapse environmental monitoring station helps document the natural changes and seasonal cycles of one of Windsor’s most unique and biodiverse habitats. By contributing to this project, you are helping scientists, conservationists, and the community better understand how the Tallgrass Prairie and its wetlands evolve over time.
About The Friends of Ojibway Prairie
The Friends of Ojibway Prairie is a volunteer organization dedicated to promoting public awareness of the Ojibway Prairie Complex and its unique biological and historical importance. The Friends work closely with the City of Windsor and Ontario Parks to provide assistance with educational programs, special events and restoration projects.
