Portland Trails Fore River Sanctuary Climate Change Observatory site monitors water levels, vegetation changes, subsidence, erosion, and changes in land use over time. The photos taken at this site contribute to a time lapse video that serves as baseline data, and allows for close observation, measurement, and analysis of long-term climate change trends.
